Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Our dispatch cutoff is 12 noon UK time, and we also dispatch on Saturdays. Orders placed after the cutoff may leave on the next dispatch day. Contact us about timing around bank holidays or close to Christmas. Every camera and lens is checked and carefully packed before it leaves us. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 standard delivery – free on every UK order.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery express delivery – £6.99, choose it at checkout.

International delivery

• European Union – £14.99 (standard international, tracked).
• Rest of world – £23.99 to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charge and are payable by the recipient.

Gift wrapping

You can add gift wrapping in your basket for £8 per order. We tissue-wrap your item, pack it in a gift box and include a card handwritten with your message (up to 250 characters).

• Tick “Leave prices off the packing slip” and we will not put an invoice, receipt or price label in the parcel. Your receipt is sent to you by email instead.
• You can send a gift straight to the recipient: just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.
• Gift wrapping does not change dispatch times.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived when expected, please contact us at taghiporamir@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out with the carrier.
