Olympus Mju Zoom Cameras
Tested Olympus Mju Zoom 35mm film cameras: the weatherproof clamshell compacts of the 1990s with autofocus, built-in flash and a zoom lens. The Mju II Zoom 80 and Zoom 115 are the most popular, while the later Mju III Wide 100 and Mju III 120 add a wider lens and even smaller body.
Which Olympus Mju Zoom should you buy?
Shorter zooms (80 and 115) have faster lenses and are better in low light; the 140 and 170 models reach further but are slower. All take a CR123A battery and standard 35mm film, which is widely available. If you want the sharpest results, the fixed-lens Mju II is the one to go for; our Mju II review explains the differences.
